I would like to introduce you our new product called "Rebrand PDF Pro".
If you are publishing on the Internet, you know that the true power of eBooks comes with adding a viral element to it - you need to make the eBook re-brandable.
This means that your readers, affiliates and partners will be able to change parts of the book, such as their affiliate links, which gives them a great incentive to further distribute your eBooks.
Now it is possible in a simple way, no external exe program is necessary.
It is very simple for both publisher and affiliate. There’s no need to use Windows exe program for rebranding, everything is done by web application Rebrand PDF Pro in the background.
You can write your e-book in any editor, convert it to PDF document and upload the PDF file.
In the parts you want to rebrand you should use predefined replacement constants, like {$Affiliate Link}, {$Affiliate Name}, etc. You can define your own opening and closing tag <Affiliate Link>, <Affiliate Name>
It is simple, affiliate only open provided hyperlink and put in rebranding texts and download the PDF e-book.
During download, Rebrand PDF Pro automatically replaces all the replacement constants with real values, so the affiliates e-book will contain his own affiliatelinks, texts, etc.
It is currently in development and will be availabe very soon as downloadable software and as online service too. I would like to share our wireframes with you, feel free to send us any feedback.
Admin (PDF creator) will be able to manage his rebrandable PDF's and display usage statistics. Login is required.
Marketer can then send rebrandable PDF hyperlink to anybody for example by email or using any 3rd party newsletter. Following wireframes shows rebranding process initialized by opening rebrandable PDF hyperlink.
Feel free to leave us any feedback, thanks.
Hi: This is great enhancement. This is the best feature for any affiliate marketing which will convert new prospects into new affiliates and more hits to website. Kindly let us know whether this is added plugin or something else. Thanks for all hard efforts. Regards, Rahul Dhongadi
Exactly feature described in this blog entry will be separated product and also we will host it as service on our servers for monthly fee. BUT from this week it is available also as plugin in PAP4. Basic idea of feature in PAP4 is, that you can create RebrandPDF banner and your affiliates can download rebranded PDF files. As variables in your PDF file will be used affiliate fields defined in signup form. Marketing description of this feature you can find also here: http://www.qualityunit.com/postaffiliatepro/rebrandpdf/ This week we plan to finish also documentation of this feature in PAP4 knowledgebase and you will be able to review it here: http://support.qualityunit.com/knowledgebase/post-affiliate-pro/features-and-functions/rebrand-pdf-banner.html
I forgot to mention, that RebrandPDF Feature in PAP4 can order every existing customer directly in his merchant panel in menu Features. This option is available just in latest version, so you will need to update your installation before ordering this feature.
Good news: From now is price of RebrandPDF feature in PAP4 just $77 (it is valid just limited time) !
It seems to me, like you simply put the developement of the PAP-Feature into an own product to make some more money out of it. And ... that fair, that´s good, from this point of view I totally agree with you and the product makes sense. Please keep one thing in mind: Don´t make it "bigger" as the PAP-Plugin. I love features, and I am always frustrated when a "light"-version of a software, a spin-off or something like that, has more features then the "big" or the "professional" version. As long as I can do everything with the plugin, that can be done with this software, this is totally okay. Probably it could make sense to look for a pap-connection of the standalone-version. In the way that the standalone-version can be installed on an own domain, but it then shows the pdfs, that are comming from the connected PAP-Installation. Something like that ... sounds interesting? Best wishes, Julian!
