Yesterday I was interviewed by Geno Prussakov (founder of AM Navigator) about affiliate software, affiliate networks and Post Affiliate Pro.
First time I saw Geno during Affiliate Summit East 2010 in Las Vegas. His session '20 Affiliate Program Management Mistakes To Avoid' was one of the most interesting sessions from Affiliate Summit East 2010 - not just because he had half of the session problems with laptop used for presentation :-). Some weeks after we were in contact through some posts in A Best Web Forum

I have bad and good news for you.
Bad News: Between 24th and 27th March 2010 we invited all our employees skiing. Because of this short skiing vacation we will offer just very limited support for our customers. It is possible, that our live chat will be switched off and you will experience bigger delays in our answers by email.
Good News: Some members of the support crew will be still answering your requests and in case you will call us during our business hours, we will answer also all phone calls. We will try to resolve all opened tickets next week, when we will come back from skiing vacations.
Once again I'm very sorry for problems this vacation could cause to you, we will try to do our best right after we will be back.
Cookie life time parameter in affiliate program defines, how long will be valid relation between visitor and affiliate, after visitor clicked on affiliate link.
If in defined time will buy customer any product, affiliate will get commission for such sale. If customer will make sale after this period, commissions will not be assigned to affiliate, because cookie already expired.
A lot of times our customers (merchants, affiliate program owners) ask us, what is the best cookie life time for their affiliate program.
