We will try to translate language file with automatic translation through Google Translate, but you will need to verify every line of translation file. (about 2200 lines with in average 2-3 words in each line)
3. Send us the verified and fully translated file. (Before submitting file back to us, you can test your translation file by importing your file into trial LiveAgent account, which you can create on our website for free: www.qualityunit.com/liveagent/)
4. We will send you in return access to license of LiveAgent - Professional Edition.

Big brands don't know it too ...
Even big brands doesn't know, that Internet users are lazy. In last few days I saw multiple web sites, which works perfectly fine, if you type into URL domain name including www, but doesn't work if you typed in domain name without www.
Just today I browsed website of Porsche (Slovak localization) ...
- domain porsche.sk doesn't work as you would expect
Don't expect, that everyone use www
After I retyped domain name including www in front of porsche.sk, web page was loaded just fine.

Have you checked your domain ?
If you didn't check your own domain yet, now is the right time. Just open new browser window and type in your domain without www ... Are you surprised what was displayed ? :-)
UPDATE (30th May 2011): To be fair, I notified Porsche about the problem with their website. I've checked the website few days later and what a surprise! Administrators at Porsche did their job and fixed the bug. Well done guys!
In last months I was warned multiple times by some of our affiliates, that other affiliates in our own affiliate program are doing fraudulent activities with cookie stuffing.
Every time I acted immediately and declined affiliate account and asked affiliate to fix the problem. In most cases affiliates removed the cookie stuffing code within 1-3 days.
In our specific case our affiliates loaded content of Quality Unit website in hidden iframe, what tracked visitor as if he made regular click on affiliate link.
If same visitor placed later the order, affiliate was payed even if visitor didn't click on affiliate link. It is one of the cookie stuffing examples described in Wikipedia.
I felt like we need to find a permanent solution, which will not require any manual work of affiliate manager.
We decided, that we will fight against Iframe Cookie Stuffing automatically in Post Affiliate Pro. Starting from Post Affiliate Pro 4.5.67.3 (RELEASED on March 7, 2011) can merchant activate in Fraud Protection options a checkbox, which will activate iframe cookie stuffing protection.
By default is this option switched off, but I strongly recommend to each merchant protect his moeny and also commissions of other affiliates by this fraud protection option.
