I have bad and good news for you.
Bad News: Between 24th and 27th March 2010 we invited all our employees skiing. Because of this short skiing vacation we will offer just very limited support for our customers. It is possible, that our live chat will be switched off and you will experience bigger delays in our answers by email.
Good News: Some members of the support crew will be still answering your requests and in case you will call us during our business hours, we will answer also all phone calls. We will try to resolve all opened tickets next week, when we will come back from skiing vacations.
Once again I'm very sorry for problems this vacation could cause to you, we will try to do our best right after we will be back.
