LiveAgent provides you with unlimited email support for all of your websites, allowing you to download emails from an unlimited number of mail accounts and domains. Emails from any POP3 account can be read using LiveAgent, and SSL encryption and custom mail account ports are also offered.
Administrators are able to add multiple mail accounts, with LiveAgent downloading the emails from all of them automatically. When an agent answers a customer’s email, that email will be sent back using the correct mail account (SMTP) i.e. the one that was used to receive that email.
Furthermore, all common mail client features are also available in LiveAgent. You can leave a copy of the message in the account; import all existing mails from the account, or just the ones that were received after the account was added to LiveAgent.
