New version of our flagship product.
Post Affilaite Pro 4 will allow you to set up and manage your own affiliate program faster and easier than anything else. It will be optimized for high loads, it will support plug-ins, API, connections to external systems and much more.

Affiliate Links Protection/Cloaking
One of the problems is that affiliates get ripped off because others are able to find their affiliate numbers and change them out to their number.
There will be a way to create a protected/cloaked links.

SubID - Optional information - 3rd party Tracking
Ability to track specific information for each link.
This can be used to track for example AdWords ad campaigns, or to track placement of link on the page (special SubID for each place).
The option for affiliates to add their own code to the end of a tracking link - example:

www.yourdomain.com/affcode/affiliatetrackingcode

where affiliatetrackingcode can be any string the affiliate wishes to use to identify the source (e.g. Adwords, list12345, abcJV, etc) of their sale. Complete flexibility in how term is stated.

Very useful for PPC and email marketing affiliates who need to track which keywords, adwords campaign, etc are generating a return for them.

Affiliate PDF (Document) Branding - Viral PDFs
Ther ewill be support for Viral PDFs - to customize ebooks and other promotional materials with affiliates links, names, etc. on the fly.

Send email after approving or declining affiliates
There does not currently an email sent to declined affiliates -- this should be added as a feature... also if declined and then changed to approved, a email does not go out either

Customizable date format
Customizable date format, like DD-MM-YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY etc.

Fraud Trigger Alert
Admin able to set fraud rule.

REPORT - Link Sales to specific banner types
For every type of link (text link, banners, emails, etc) would like to see the sales generated by each link. This would allow merchants and affiliates to see which banners produced the most sales. CTR on a banner does not matter for a sales bases campaign - need to see sales by banner.

As every banner already has a unique BID this show be easy to include in a report.

Bonus payments
Global performance rules, allowing define % or fixed commission addon according to the turnover (total amount of sales) generated on a Quarter or other defined period (month, ever six month, year)

Export to CSV
Affiliates be able to export transactions to csv. not just merchants accounts. and also for merchant accounts just to have access to one campaign and manage it like an affiliate network.

Abiltity to send affiliates multi-part emails (i.e. html/plain text)

Make Custom Data Available in Email Templates
Right now custom data collected (i.e. data1, data2) is nowhere to be seen in email notifications or reports even if it is collected with sale.

Select the status of an commision with a parameter in the include.
I realy need to change in the thanks page the script so i can enter some commision in status pending and some others in approved, depending the parameter i pass.

So with the price, product etc, just send the status of the commision.

I would like to see a tell to a friend campain tool (via email) so it will offer a new capabilities to pap for reffering affiliates

HTML banner code hiding
If I provide an article banner, the complete HTML code appears with the Affiliate under banner code. That is not good, because the Affiliate can make changes at the text or price now at the HTML code. Suggestion: That would be better the code only from a Javascript exists and the data only on the side of the Affiliates to be loaded. So the Affiliate can change nothing more at the HTML code.

Merchant can log in to affiliate control panel
I want to login to my affiliates control panels through
my admin panel. So when I login to my admin panel and I view all my
affiliates, where do I click to login to their control panels.

Affiliate Registered Domains/URLs
The ability for affiliates to register their domain, and then all visits from that domain are logged as affiliate clicks for the owner. There would need to be a way of checking that the affiliate owned the domain, maybe detection of a small uploaded script in the same way that google sitemaps uses it..

Export of full payment history including refunds and chargebacks
There will be functionality for export to CSV for every grid or data table in the system.

Compatability with PayPal Encrypted Buttons
Ability to use PayPal encrypted button. It is now possible to create these with custom fields. See Encrypted Web Payments on the PayPal site.

Sub Affiliate Sales (Downline) Reports
Affiliates will be able to view the stats of their sub affiliates.
This will be optional, has to be allowed by the merchant.

Login Security
Dear PAP Team can you please implement a CAPTCHA image as extra security for the merchant Control Panel login. I want to prevent automated programs from attempting to login and gain access. Then they would potentially be able to make payments.

There will be new "report" where affiliate will see the payments sent to him, together with (optinal) description of the payment, date when money were sent, etc.

Windows application addon
Admins and affiliates get notified of commissions instantly, right on their Windows desktop.

No Fixed Price Commission on $0 Orders
A problem with post affiliate pro is that it gives affiliates commission for $0 orders when using fixed commission. There should be some setting if to give fixed commission even if sale value is $0.

Multiple currencies support
support for running affilaite program tracking multiple currencies at the same time (now it allows you to choose one currency).

AJAX based Web 2.0 User Interface
User interface will be AJAX based, similar (but better looking) to Google GMail. It will enable faster, more efficient work managing the affiliate program, with all advanced features like brandability, possibility to customize design etc.

Affiliate Network feature
Affiliate Network is a functionality that will let you run your own affiliate network similar to CommissionJunction or LinkShare.
Affiliate network is different from normal affiliate program in having one pool of affiliates, and allowing signing up multiple merchants. Every affiliate belongs to network, not to merchant, and can choose which campaigns he will promote.
Network will be distributed as separate, special version fo PAP.

Plug-In Architecture
PAP 4 will allow independent developers to create plug-ins that enhance or change its functionality.
You can create plug-in that will add special commission computation for soem special sales, or plug-in that will add some new feature.

Public API
API (Application Programming Interface) is interface
that allows you to build own add-ons or hook PAP into your own programs. It enables you to directly call PAP functions from other systems without need to work with PAP code.
It will give you full control, from inserting/updating affilates and transactions to configuring/controlingl all aspects of the system.
Examples of use:
- interconnect PAP and your billing system, membership system, forum
- manage affiliates from other systems
- develop of your own customized GUI that controls your affiliate system

AdWords tracking
Ability to have PAP track specific Ad Campaigns and keywords from Google AdWords. The link could indicate from which campaign and which keyword used.

Multiple Links in HTML Banner
We would like to be able to link to different URLs within one html banner/review with the affiliate ID attached to each link.

Automatic approval of clicks until certain volume is reached
Dear sirs, I would like to suggest an upgrade for a future version of PAP4. It would be interesting to have an option allowing automatic click approval but only until a certain number of clicks per day (the number of clicks allowed should determined by admin). When this top number of clicks per day is reached, click approval should be manual.
This is a good option to prevent click fraud

Better solution for mass emailing
When there are too many affiliates, sending admin news by email simply does not work. Usually this overloads the server and most of affiliates does not receive the message. In additional admins IP may be banned by spam policy.
I suggest to make emailing by portions with cron job for example 500 per hour and admin will can define this in the settings.

Affialiates categories
Affialiates categories, so merchant can send emails and comunications to a specific category or can configure differente email template, different panel template.

Integration with AccountLab and ClientExec
Please allow integration with AccountLab and ClientExec applications.

Billing Number
Hi!

Important is a billing number! In germany the bill must have : name, company, tax Number, date and a billing number. It is a a number wich count up without gaps.

for exapmple: 2007-101 , 2007-102, 2007-103, 2007-104 and so on.

GEOIP
We desperately need the ability to choose which countries to show (or not show) our banners from.

defining click approval for single user
PAP4 should enable administrator to fix special commission rules for 1 single affiliate so as to make it possible to fix manual click approval for 1 or more users, even though the rule of the campaign is automatic click approval.

More payment gateways and modules
Beside paypal, probably add other payment gateways or modules such as moneybookers, e-golds, e-bullion, 2CO, authorize.net, modernAuthorize, eOnlinePay, BluePay, PSIGate, eWay, InternetSecure, WorldPay, Google Checkout, etc...

Clicbank affiliate sale tracking
Clicbank affiliate sale tracking: Allow the affiliates to enter their clickbank nickname and track sales processed by clickbank.

Special autoresponder from affiliate to customer
Affiliate can have a email newsletter autoresponder setup so that if someone that they send to post affiliate pro owner\s site and purchases can receive follow up message from affiliate congratulating them on their purchase and maybe encouraging them to purchase upsell product offered by post affiliate pro owner.

The ability to create autoresponders to train affiliates. The affiliate id should be generated dynamically
