How will I be billed for hosted account?

Your credit card will be billed just once a month. The price will be computed from the basic price and number of additional agents created in your account (e.g. for an Hybrid account with 2 additional agents, we will charge you $69/month). You can add or remove agents as you need, and we will compute the price on a daily basis (e.g. for a 10 days Hybrid account with 3 agents and 20 days Hybrid account with 5 agents the charge will be about $59).
There are no contracts or hidden fees, you just pay as you go.

Are there any hidden costs if I order the downloadable license?

No, there are no hidden costs. We will charge your credit card only once. 

How is free account different from business account?

We want you to enjoy the full functionality of Live Agent. The only limit applied to free accounts is the number of tickets or chats created per month. Once you have reached the monthly limit of chats or tickets, you will need to upgrade your account.

Will I get invoices?

Yes, after we process your payment, we will send you invoice by email.

Do I need a credit card to try Live Agent?

No, just create your free account. You don't need to enter any credit card information. Once your account reaches the limit of free accounts, we will ask you to upgrade your account. If you do not upgrade it, we will simply suspend your account and you will not be charged.

Can I get a refund for my order?

Yes, you can ask for a refund for up to 30 days after placing your order. Just send an email to support@qualityunit.com with your order number. Our support will make a refund without further questions. Refund requests received more than 30 days after the purchase will be declined.

Where are your servers located?

Our servers are hosted by Liquidweb in US datacenters.

Licensing explained

A downloadable license can be installed on one URL only, but you can send/receive emails or put chat buttons on an unlimited number of domains.

Hosted account allows you to support a live chat button on an unlimited number of websites (domains) and receive/send emails from an unlimited number of email accounts.

How is your customer service?

We have a dedicated English speaking support staff available by phone, email or live chat 24 hours a day during all business days. We respond as soon as possible and generally resolve support requests within the same business day.

How will my order be delivered?

Right after the upgrade of your free account to a paid account, our system will regenerate your account license. Please allow for a short downtime (max 1-3 minutes) while we upgrade your account. Once your account is upgraded, you will be able to login to the system with the same username and password you used in the free period. We will subsequently charge the credit card entered every month. The monthly fee will depend on the number of agents you create in the system and your selected plan.

Security of your data

Our computer servers are protected by electronic security systems which control data center access and are accompanied by a full compliment of motion detecting security cameras which monitor the entire facility. The external walls of the data center facility  are reinforced poured concrete.

Our software is updated regularly with the latest security patches.
