Automatically organize emails into different Queues. You can create queue for every group of emails you need.
For example, you can have one queue for emails from PayPal (payment notifications), one queue for support emails for every product, queue for sales emails, queue for resellers, queue for your private emails, queue for SPAM, and so on.

We are software company with more than two thousand clients, 20+ people involved in communication with customers, handling more than two houndred emails a day.
From technical support emails, to special products support, resellers and business relations emails.

For more than two years we were using one of the market leading Helpdesk product from undisclosed vendor, and evaluated few other products, but we were never satisfied.
All of them were way too complex, too complicated, too difficult to use, too slow, with serious errors.

We needed something fast, simple, and effective.
Being a development company, it is natural that if we coudln't find a solution, we decided to make one by ourself - a perfect product.

Support Center is far from being absolutely perfect, but it's better that any competition in the things that are important - handling customer emails quickly and effectively.

User can switch between different types of languages at login time. Currently is SupportCenter translated into English and Slovak language. Translation to new language can be done by translating of one text file within less than 2 hours.
