The support on this program was outstanding
I bought it a few years ago and did not get it working correctly, but didn’t contact tech support. I’d have bad experiences with other vendors and just assumed QualityUnit would be like the rest. I was way wrong. My bad. After seeing a new edition was out, I contacted them and even though I had forgotten the email address I registered with, the team at QualityUnit went the extra mile and found my record and upgraded me. I have had a similar situation with some big-name software companies and they basically said, ’Sorry, Charlie’.
QU folks were accommodating. Then, I had some installation issues with the new version. The tech support team listened, looked and solved the problems. I wish I had contacted them early on, but that is my fault not theirs. I cannot attest to the usability of the program since I am just (after a couple of years!) getting into it, but it seems pretty straightforward. What is more important is that I feel comfortable that the QualityUnit tech support team will be there if I need them. That means a lot. I’ve both a lot of scripts that had issues, and lots of times the tech people don’t solve them. QU does and I appreciate it.
