Override cookie settings
In version 3.0.8, possibility to override global cookie settings on per affiliate basis was added. There is Global setting in Post Affiliate Pro that allows you to either overwrite affiliate cookies (i.e. last affiliate gets the sale) or not to overwrite them (first affiliate gets the sale).
This behaviour can be now changed on per affiliate basis. Example of how can this feature be useful: If you have "first affiliate gets the sale" compensation scheme in place, and use PAP to track your own advertising at the same time, it might happen that your virtual affiliate accounts "steal" commissions from your normal affiliates. Now this is no longer a case, since you can override default behaviour for each affiliate by viewing his profile
