I have now been using QualityUnit.com products for a number of years, mainly "Posts Affiliate Pro" versions 3 and 4, and also their helpdesk. As a professional Webmaster who manages a number of websites I am very familiar with a wide range of software products, and must say that the QualityUnit.com software has always been both far easier to install and upgrade than any other software products I have used.
However, more importantly, is the fact that there level of ongoing support is nothing short of superb! If I have a problem I have a number of options to gaining a solution, I can use their lives online help, there prompt e-mail support, and although I've never used it, even call them on the telephone.
