You will be directed to the payment processor page (SWREG), where you’ll pay for the product.
Right after the purchase you will receive confirmation email with access to our member’s area. There you can download the application and install it on your server. Process is very fast and easy. In case you will need any help, just contact our support and we will try to lead you through order process.

We support majority of payment options, including credit cards and PayPal.
All payments for our products are handled by SWREG (www.swreg.org) - our payment processor. SWREG is a part of Digital River, a respectable commerce solution provider.

I placed an order, when will I get the product?
If there’s no problem with your order, it is processed instantly and you’ll receive confirmation email with access to our member’s area few minutes after payment.
If you didn’t received your confirmation mail, it could be blocked by your spam filter. Check your Spam folder, or contact our support to request member’s area access. Don’t forget to send us also your order number for easy identification of your order.
Do I get any support with the application?
Of course. We have dedicated support staff that is here for you - to answer all your questions and solve your problems. The only exception is the Starter license, for which we do not provide any support.

Can you help me with installation?
Yes, we can install the software on your server for free. Just contact our support after the purchase.

Do you offer money back guarantee?
Yes, we have 30 days money back guarantee. If for any reasons you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it within 30 days from the purchase and we’ll refund your money - no questions asked.
Refund requests after 30 days after order will not be processed, because we pay from your order also commissions to our affiliates, which referred you to our web site.
Is it distributed with source codes?
Post Affiliate comes will full, unencrypted source codes for the server part (php files executed on your server).
Client part is written in JavaScript using Google Web Toolkit, there are no source codes for the client in distribution file of PAP.
Since Post Affiliate 4 has plugin architecture, we don’t recommend you to hack our code. Write a plugin instead or ask us to do so. This way you can keep your changes separated from our code and be safe with future updates.
Even if client code is not delivered in plain text, you can modify layout and design of every part of user interface by modification of template and stylesheet files.
What is possible with plugins
Plugins can add or modify any functionality on panels, or backend processing. In a short time we will publish documentation and samples for developing plugins or making API calls.
What is the upgrade policy?
There are two things to explain: Upgrades are upgrades from lower to higher edition, for example from Xpress to Professional edition. You can always upgrade from lower to higher edition, the cost of the upgrade is difference between the prices.
Updates
mean updating the software to the latest version. Newest version can be downloaded from your member’s area without any extra charge.
The availability of updates depend on the license. Leased license holders get updates and support for the entire license tenure, while Owned license holders get 6 months of updates free. Owners of owned license can buy life time updates option for $100 if they want to keep their license up to date unlimited time.
Can I upgrade from PAP 3 to PAP 4 Xpress edition?
No, it is not possible. Xpress is “smaller” version of PAP, and you cannot upgrade from higher version to smaller.
You can upgrade from PAP 3 to PAP 4 Professional.
Will there be data migration wizard from version 3 to 4?
Yes, PAP 4 Professional edition contain data migration wizard that will migrate all your data from version 3 to version 4. The process is simple, there is no special programming work on your end required. Read more about migration in our knowledgebase.
Can I upgrade from PAP 4 Starter or Xpress to PAP 4 Professional?
Yes, you can do it anytime.
