We are proud to announce, that we've just released LiveAgent - our full featured help desk and live chat software integrated into one support platform.
It is software, which we've used in Quality Unit for support of our own customers from November 2010 and results are amazing. We were able to minimize average response time nearly 5 times and number of satisfied customers increased significantly (together with sales of Post Affiliate Pro).
We have a deal for everyone interested to get license of LiveAgent Professional (value $1499):
Deal: Translate LiveAgent to language, which we don't have yet in our list and get license for free.
What should you do to to apply for such license ?
1. Contact our support (use live chat button or write email to support@qualityunit.com. Let us know, which language you would like to translate. We prefer native speakers for specific language)
2. Wait until support agent will contact you and confirm, that offered language is not translated yet. Together with confirmation you will get language file in csv format. We will try to translate language file with automatic translation through Google Translate, but you will need to verify every line of translation file. (about 2200 lines with in average 2-3 words in each line)
3. Send us the verified and fully translated file. (Before submitting file back to us, you can test your translation file by importing your file into trial LiveAgent account, which you can create on our website for free: www.qualityunit.com/liveagent/)
4. We will send you in return access to license of LiveAgent - Professional Edition.

It is pleasure for me to show you some photos from our short skiing vacation. Quality Unit team enjoyed it very much and I'm sure we will repeat it again.
When we left Bratislava, there was no sign, that there is any snow in Europe ...
I have bad and good news for you.
Bad News: Between 24th and 27th March 2010 we invited all our employees skiing. Because of this short skiing vacation we will offer just very limited support for our customers. It is possible, that our live chat will be switched off and you will experience bigger delays in our answers by email.
Good News: Some members of the support crew will be still answering your requests and in case you will call us during our business hours, we will answer also all phone calls. We will try to resolve all opened tickets next week, when we will come back from skiing vacations.
Once again I'm very sorry for problems this vacation could cause to you, we will try to do our best right after we will be back.
