Custom fields

Custom Fields

Once you define them in settings, custom fields are accessible above each support ticket. Custom fields are a great time savers. They allow you to attach important information about a client to his email address and thus minimize time consuming searching of old tickets for the needed information.

In SupportCenter, custom fields are completely customizable under Settings -> Custom -> Fields, where you can define:

  • Name of the field
  • Field element type (e.g. text field, select, textarea etc.)
  • Related to Ticket or User (email address)
  • Who should see custom fields (Agents, Customers or both)
  • Field position
