Custom Statuses and Custom Priorities

Custom Statuses


SupportCenter comes with following predefined statuses:
  • Awaiting Reply
  • Bounced
  • Customer Reply
  • Dead
  • New
  • Resolved
  • Spam
  • Work In Progress

Next to predefined statuses you can define own statuses, which will fit your organization needs or you can change names of your current predefined statuses.
As administrator you can define own colors and icons for your statuses in simple administration form.


Custom Priorities

In same way as you can define custom statuses you can define also custom priorities.
You can add new levels of priorities and define default priority used in system.
