The most important on support offered to your customers is, that you and customers will speak and work in same language and understand each other.
Therefore we came with multilingual user interface and support of mails encoded by any encoding.

Internally SupportCenter works in UTF-8 encoding, which supports all languages.
This means, that in same application you can receive mails written in e.g. English, German, French, Chinese, Japanese, Slovak, Russian or any other language you choose.

Also user interface can be easily translated to any language you will need.
It's enough to translate one file and whole application will immediately support language you created.
