Powerfull Mail Parser
SupportCenter's mail parser was developped following all internet standards defined in RFC documents describing mails and their formats.
It means it supports receiving and sending plain text or html mails. You will not have problems with receiving of attachments of any size.
Only limit will be memory limits defined by your php and size of disk space available for your database.
Every information from mail is stored into MySql database together with all attachments.
It offers easy backups of your helpdesk data and keep your backups consistent.
One of the most important parameters of mail parsers is number of processed mails per minute.
SupportCenter offers parser able to process about 500 mails every minute (about 700 000 mails per day).
You can easilly define unlimited number of mail accounts in same way as in your standard mail client, which will be used for sending and receiving of mails from/to SupportCenter.
In SupportCenter you can setup all settings of mail accounts like secure SSL connections, deleting mails from mail account or leaving messages on mail account and authentification during sending/receiving of mails.
