Rich user interface of SupportCenter allowed us to implement new features in helpdesk softwares, which can't be offered in helpdesk softwares based on standard technologies.
You can see always actual information who is online and what is doing even you don't refresh your web page.
You can also see what and who is doing in application (e.g. browsing tickets, reading ticket, replying ticket, browsing users and so on.)

Measure how effective are your agents and when is highest load in your SupportCenter in real time reports.
In nice flash charts you can see how many tickets were answered, how many mails were sent,
how many new tickets were received, how many tickets were answered by customers and so on.
In same time you can define different filters in reports to compare e.g. agents and their performance.
You can see when who was logged in or logged out. You can see how much time spent which agent in system.
On request we can implement new types of reports, which will exactly fit your needs.
