You can use this service if you want to save your time and work.

Setup & Full configuration means installing helpdesk on your server, set up the mailboxes (receiving and sending emails), agents (support staff), queues (departments) and parsing rules for emails.

If you are new to SupportCenter, and you don't want to study documentation, this service will save you time. The most work with Support Center is the initial configuration - connecting to the mailboxes, etc. We can save you a lot of work and you can be sure it is done right.

This service includes maintenance of your helpdesk system, free upgrades to newest versions and priority help in case of problems.
